Delete your Playnest account and data

You can ask us to delete your Playnest: Fun & Offline Games account and the data linked to your installation at any time, whether or not you signed in.

How to request deletion

  1. Right in the app (if you signed in with Google): open Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm. Your account and the data linked to it are deleted from our servers immediately; favorites, play history and synced game progress on this device are removed too.
  2. From the app, without signing in: open Settings › Contact support, write “Delete my data” and send the email. It includes an ID that lets us find the data of this installation.
  3. By email: write to support@dmobin.com with the subject “Delete my Playnest data”. If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google email address. If you never signed in, include your phone model and the approximate date you installed Playnest so we can identify your installation.

We may reply to confirm the request comes from you. We complete deletion within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What we delete

  • Your Google sign-in details: name, email address, profile photo and account ID.
  • Your installation record: installation ID, device model, Android and app version, language, and country.
  • Your favorites, play history, synced game progress, ratings and usage records.

What we may keep

  • Daily statistics that do not identify you (for example the number of players of a game on a given day).
  • Information we must keep by law, for example to handle a dispute. Purchase records are kept by Google Play.
  • Your email conversation with us about the deletion, for up to 12 months as a record of the request.

Information collected by our partners (analytics and advertising) is handled under their own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings under Privacy › Ads.

Data on your device

Downloaded games, game progress and settings are stored on your phone. To delete them, uninstall Playnest, or go to Android Settings › Apps › Playnest › Storage › Clear data.
