Ads keep Playnest free. This page explains which ads you may see in the App, who provides them, how your choices work, and how to go ad-free.
Ads you may see
- Banners — small ads at the top or bottom of some screens, including below some games.
- Native ads — ads that appear among lists of games and are marked as ads.
- Full-screen ads — shown at natural breaks, for example when you leave a game, between levels, or when you come back to the App. You can close them after a short time.
- Reward videos — always optional. A game offers a reward (such as an extra life) and you decide whether to watch. The reward is given when the video finishes.
We limit how often full-screen ads appear and do not show them while you are in the middle of playing.
Who provides the ads
Ads are served through Google AdMob, which may select an ad from its mediation partners, such as:
- Google AdMob
- AppLovin
- Meta Audience Network
- Pangle
- InMobi
- Mintegral
- Unity Ads
- BIGO Ads
- Digital Turbine (DT Exchange)
- Liftoff
- Moloco
- Yandex Ads
These partners may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device details and how you interact with ads, in order to show ads, cap and measure them, and prevent fraud. Each partner handles this information under its own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Personalized ads and consent
Personalized ads are chosen using information about your device and activity. Where the law requires consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), Playnest shows Google’s consent form before any ads are personalized, and the partners above respect your choice.
- Change your consent: open Settings › Privacy options in the App. This option appears in regions where consent is required.
- Everywhere: on Android, go to Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID. Without it, ads are not personalized.
If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
Ad content
Ads come from third parties and must follow our partners’ advertising policies. We do not create or endorse the products advertised. If you see an ad that seems inappropriate, misleading or broken, send us a screenshot at support@dmobin.com and tell us where it appeared, so we can report or block it.
Remove ads
The one-time Remove ads purchase (in Settings) turns off banners, native ads and full-screen ads. Reward videos stay available because you choose when to watch them. If you reinstall the App or change devices, tap Settings › Restore purchase on a device that uses the same Google Play account you bought with.
Children
Playnest is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly show personalized ads to children.
